Who we are

This store, store.cartenvo.com, is run by Cartenvo, 462, Wasa Road, South Monipur, Mirpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh. It sells Cartenvo themes and plugins for nopCommerce, an open-source eCommerce platform, as downloadable software. You can reach us at contact@cartenvo.com.

By buying or downloading a product from this store you agree to these terms and to the licence of that product.

Orders and payment

Paid products are sold through Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes your payment, charges any sales tax or VAT that applies, and sends your receipt. Your purchase is also covered by Paddle’s buyer terms, shown at checkout.

Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time prices for one licence, unless a product page says otherwise. Tax is added at checkout based on your location.

Delivery

Products are delivered digitally. After payment we email a sign-in link to the address you used at checkout, and you download the product and its licence from My purchases. Nothing is shipped.

Free products download straight from their product page or from the nopCommerce Marketplace, without an account.

Licences

Each product is licensed, not sold, under its own licence, which says how many stores you can use it on and for how long you get updates and support. For example, see the TechOrbit licence at store.cartenvo.com/themes/techorbit/license and the Advanced Search licence at store.cartenvo.com/plugins/advanced-search/license. If a licence and these terms differ, the licence applies to that product.

Updates and support

Paid products include updates and product support for the period stated in their licence, usually 12 months from purchase. Product support covers installing, configuring and fixing defects in the product. Email contact@cartenvo.com for help.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund of any paid product within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. Our refund policy at store.cartenvo.com/store/refund-policy explains how, and what happens to your licence.

Compatibility

Each product page lists the nopCommerce versions the product is built and tested for. Please check that your store runs a supported version before you buy, or email us and we’ll tell you whether a product suits your store.

The products, this store and its content belong to Cartenvo unless stated otherwise. nopCommerce and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. Cartenvo is not affiliated with or endorsed by nopCommerce.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones shown when you bought it. The date above shows when they were last revised.
